Duplicity among stars with strong chromospheric CA II emission lines - A statistical survey
Observations of 38 mainly main-sequence stars with anomalously strong CaII emission, obtained using coude spectrographs on the 2.1-m and 1-mtelescopes at KPNO and the 0.6-m telescope at Lick Observatory, arereported. The data are presented in tables and analyzed; four stars arefound to be close-binary candidates. It is concluded that almost allbinaries with periods and stellar structures within specified rangesexhibit magnetically induced chromospheric activity, but that other(unknown) mechanisms can produce such activity in single stars as well.

VI photometry of selected SAO stars
Johnson V- and I-band photoelectric photometry has been obtained for 158SAO stars in a continuing program in support of the Near InfraredPhotographic Sky Survey. These data are utilized in the calibration ofthe survey photographs and are presented here to assist other programsreliant upon access to photometry in the photographic infrared.

Dearborn catalog of faint red stars : titanium oxide stars in zones -4. 5[degrees] to +13.5[degrees]
This portion of the Dearborn Survey of Faint Red stars deals with thosestars showing titanium oxide (M stars) in zones -4.5 degrees to 13.5degrees declination. Part 1A of the Annals (pages 13 - 54) contains thecatalog (Dearborn Catalog of Faint Red stars, objects 1 to 8151, whilePart 2 (pages 55-66) has the discussion.
